As a three-time Olympian and Olympic Medalist Snowboarder, I’ve spent my life competing at the highest level. Since retiring after the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, I’ve brought that same work ethic, focus, and drive to Aspen real estate, closing over $1 billion in career sales and consistently ranking among the top-producing brokers in the valley. Before real estate, I grew up immersed in hospitality. My father was a legendary hotel general manager—known to many as “Mr. Hospitality”—and I had a front-row seat to what world-class service looks like. That foundation became my springboard into real estate, where I’ve combined deep local knowledge with a lifetime of experience in guest-centric service. Over the past two decades, I’ve sold more downtown Aspen core condominiums than any other broker. I specialize in high-impact marketing and high-stakes negotiations.

Dylan was born in Aspen and raised on a ranch in Woody Creek. Upon graduating from Aspen High School, she attended The University of Denver earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Certificate in Animal Assisted Therapy. She pursued a dream of giving back to the community by interning at Challenge Aspen, a local recreational therapy non-profit program for people with disabilities. That internship turned into the Program Manager and then Director of the C.A.M.O. Program (Challenge Aspen Military Opportunities) for our injured/wounded military population, where she met some of the most incredible people.

After a little time away, the valley called Dylan home and she has been with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s and Klug Properties since 2015. With a love for the valley and attention to detail, she enjoys helping anyone looking to find their vacation or forever home. As a member of the Klug Properties Team, she has overseen hundreds of real estate transactions from start to finish.

Outside of the office you can find Dylan hiking, running, playing hockey, going to local farmers markets, and spending time with family and her puppy.

Eric Abrahamovich represents the next generation of Aspen real estate—young, seasoned, and tech-forward. Raised in the Roaring Fork Valley since age two and now based full-time in Snowmass Village, Eric pairs true local knowledge with modern, data-driven strategy. Since joining Klug Properties in 2021, he’s helped power a team that has closed $1B+ in sales, bringing a marketing lens that most brokers simply don’t have. From narrative storytelling and cinematic media to AI-assisted targeting and market analytics, Eric designs campaigns that speak to Aspen’s hyper-luxury audience and protect sellers’ privacy while maximizing exposure.

Eric’s grounding in the community runs deep. He serves as President of the board at HeadQuarters, the valley’s only preventative mental health nonprofit, after three years of board service. He grew up watching his father build Olde Towne Moving & Storage, working there as a teenager and learning the value of reliability, discretion, and service—standards he carries into each transaction. An Economics graduate of Texas Christian University, Eric follows capital markets closely to help clients navigate timing, risk, and opportunity in Aspen/Snowmass.
